I've noticed that the "Next Position Please" CD is currently out of
print in the U.S., but an "authorized" version is now available for
download, with 16 tracks instead of 14. Here is the MSN Music page for
it:

http://music.msn.com/album/?album=47376085

This page lists the release date as March 7, 2006, which is the same
day that the new CD editions of "Dream Police" and "All Shook Up" were
released. However, no new NPP CD has been released as of now. Does
anyone know if a CD will be released later, or if this album will be
available only as a download? The latter would seem like a strange way
to go for a 1983 catalogue title, but it's not out of the question.
Maybe it's cheaper this way for Epic, since they don't have to
manufacture the hardware.

Heres' the deal with this one. After looking at the tracklisting, I see
what's going on. They've now included "Don't Hit Me With Love" which was on
the original demo tape of NPP, but not included on the official
release...it's a cool song...that will be nice to have. Also, "Twisted
Heart" is on there...that's only been released on the box set so far. I
hope there's a CD version of this to purchase at some point.
