I met him and his wife in LV about 12 years ago. He was a good guy,
very friendly to me. For some reason, online personas can get really
strange. Then flame wars begin. The thing that killed this board was
flame wars. Oh, that and the fact that it takes 3 years to make a CT
album and that some of their tours have the same show night in, night
out.

And a lot of people flocked to the "official" site, include
Bunezuela. Of course, his real name, if my brain doesn't fail me, was
Kevin Kelly. He leaves behind a wife, and, I believe, a couple of
kids. So this is sad news.

I hope Kevin's family and friends find some trace of peace during
these times of pain.

When I got the news, it made me think of the way AMCT used to be and
all of the great times that were shared with great people. I miss
those days.

I pass on my condolences as well, especially to his wife Susan.

I had some great times with them at TF2, TF3, and especially the 1998 LA
Album Shows (9 years ago this week), where they were gracious hosts, and
exemplary chauffeurs :-)

I stayed out of the flame wars that plagued this newsgroup, because I found
that 99.9% of the flamers I met in person were good people, Kevin included.

Rest in peace!

Oh man! This is sad news. He really was a nice guy, just very
misunderstood. Always very nice to me. My condolences to his family and
Susan. I'm glad he is suffering no more, his last few months were very
painful I understand.

Speaking of flame wars and the way this group dissolved...I do miss all the
characters we had here.
BTW...Joey (Hector) succumbed to tongue cancer just over a year and a half
ago! He was a really nice guy in person also.

Well damn. I seem to recall exchanging emails with him way back when
and he seemed like a cool gent.

Kevin was always very nice to me. It was always interesting getting his
point of view about the band. Blessings to his family.

RIP Kevin

We had our disputes too, but it's sad for his family...especially if he had
any children.

That's sad, but I bet the internet connection in heaven is better than
even the high speed lines in Japan.

MOTAR offers his condolences. He was a strange individual that
complicated MOTAR's presence online, but MOTAR wished no bad on the
guy.

feasting, for death is the destiny of every man; the living should
